I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, which was quite big compared to other hotels in Japan. The location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from vibrant areas like Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori, offering plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. The service was friendly and communicative, although I felt the emotional aspect was lacking a bit. The dining experience was versatile and offered a good variety of options. Overall, a great value for money hotel.
